The Role
As a Sales Executive at SPLVRGE, you’ll be responsible for converting high-quality guest inquiries into confirmed bookings. You’ll work directly with affluent travelers, guiding them through the booking journey with precision, care, and a deep understanding of their preferences. In addition to sales, you’ll manage the accuracy of property listings—ensuring content, availability, and pricing are properly maintained in our CMS to support seamless guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Respond to and convert inbound inquiries into confirmed bookings through high-touch, consultative communication
Curate personalized property recommendations based on each guest’s travel style, group needs, and destination preferences
Maintain a pipeline of active leads and follow-ups using SPLVRGE’s CRM tools
Collaborate closely with operations to ensure pricing, availability, and property data are up to date across platforms
Onboard new properties into the CMS, entering accurate content, images, amenities, and availability details
Regularly audit and update existing property listings in the CMS to ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment
Track and report on sales activity, conversion rates, and lead quality
Act as a brand ambassador in all guest communications—delivering the polish, discretion, and elevated service SPLVRGE is known for
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, balancing speed with a premium guest experience
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in sales within luxury hospitality, high-end travel, concierge services, or real estate
Proven track record of closing sales and hitting revenue goals in a consultative or service-based sales environment
Strong understanding of luxury travel behaviors and HNW clientele expectations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; polished, professional, and articulate
Detail-oriented with experience maintaining accurate content in a CMS or booking platform
Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic content management systems
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is comfortable managing their own sales pipeline
Bonus: Experience with global destinations or multilingual communication is a plus
