Our Services 

We offer a platform that connects property owners and property management companies who wish to rent out their homes or apartments on a short-term basis with travelers who are seeking temporary accommodations. Our website acts as an intermediary and does not own, operate or control any of the properties listed on the website. While we make every reasonable effort to verify all aspects of the home listings on SPLVRGE, we can not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by property owners or property management companies and it is their sole responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information on their respective home listings. 

Property Listings 

While SPLVRGE endeavors to verify the accuracy and completeness of the property listings on our website, property owners and property management partners are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the listings they provide to SPLVRGE. We reserve the right to remove any property listing from our website that we believe is inaccurate or incomplete, or violates any of our policies.

Fees and Payments (For Property Owners and Property Managers)

Property owners and property managers are responsible for all applicable taxes on their rental income. SPLVRGE acts as an intermediary and accepts no responsibility for resulting tax liabilities from bookings through our website or with our service. 

Booking and Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a 50% penalty on the total rental rate. Cancellations made inside of 90 days are non-refundable. SPLVRGE is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from a cancellation.

User Conduct 

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our website to harass, defame, intimidate, or harm another person or entity. You may not use our website to engage in any illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws.

Intellectual Property 

Our website and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SPLVRGE or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our website or any of its content for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties 

We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information provided on our website. We do not warrant that our website will be error-free, virus-free, or uninterrupted. You agree that your use of our website is at your own risk.

We may terminate these Terms of Service and your access to our website at any time for any reason without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms of Service will immediately terminate, and you must immediately cease all use of our website.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of our website or services. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
